  Visited store for cat litter tray liners . None on shelf as in lincoln store . Therefore requested help from a young boy shop assistant (who looked 12) , to get a reply of “don’t know how to look for those !” Also purchased a bucket , therefore proceeded to purchase bucket threw the customer service till and was served (if you can call it that ) , by a rotund girl who had the customer skills of a log . I asked if they had any litter tray liners in reserve as the shelf was bare . “System not working working to check , I’ll see if Sandra has a radio ...” She asked Sandra if there were any in stock , as we were shunted to wait at the end of the till unceremoniously. “None in stock, Sandra bellowed over the radio” So we just looked at each other , nothing was said from the aggressive rotund girl . So we just walked out . In summary , a shoddy , aggressive performance by the staff in Wilco . Seriously need some re training , as we then called down at pets at home in Newark and we were treated like royalty .
