Worst customer service ever!!! Make sure you check that your item is in full working order before you buy from RST Music because the item I purchased didn't even turn on when I received it. Then when it came to returning the faulty item it took endless emails back & forth to try to get all my money back for both the item and the cost for the postal return. I had to put in a complaint to Amazon about Russell and the organisation in order to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody!
