  We must say we had excellent service throughout from NCVsales. We have recently bought a Peugeot Boxer from them and Richard was really helpful in finding a vehicle to meet our specific requirements ( we have 2 wheelchair users in the family ). He even added a couple of extras that we were looking for and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy at all. Once we got the van home we discovered a couple of minor issues but there was no stress involved in sorting them out as Richard sourced a disabled accessible car for us to use whilst our vehicle was in the garage. All issues were sorted without any quibbling and within 24 hours our van was ready for collection again. We would definitely recommend them and many thanks to all at NCV for their great service.   They just instantly lost a customer due to horrible customer service. We are seriously looking for a car, and came to see a VW Golf after talking to a very kind Richard on the phone. As soon as we arrived, Stuart sent us to the car, which seemed to be in a reasonable condition. After a few minutes he showed up starting by saying when it would be ready if we were to buy it, and asking if we would pay the £500 deposit today. We haven't even seen any paperwork, hardly talked, and we of course wanted to take it to a test drive. But Stuart talked in a very patronising way, basically still pushing, asking if we are willing to pay the £500 deposit on the day, also announcing that we can only take it for a test drive the next day (due to them being short staffed, though we have seen 3 members of staff and no customers at all). We of course won't be going back for a car we couldn't even try out and where the sales person seemed to be too busy to talk to a potential customer. Maybe when they will stop being condescending to people, we will go back, but not before.
