  I had my car in for Mot and service on 16th March 2018 of which I am absolutely disgusted that I was told I needed to spend over a £1000 to get my car back on the road, of which I was not happy with this amount as considered my car to be in a reasonable state of repair. As soon as I said I wasn’t happy with this cost they automatically dropped it to £838!!! It wasn’t until I got to the garage to collect the car that the majority of works that needed doing were only advisory’s but led to believe by your mechanic that the car had failed on all issues! I feel that I was being ripped of by yourselves as I am a female driver! It’s a good job I had my wits about me and refused the works to proceed. I have since taken my car to another local garage to have the headlamp repaired of which your mechanic told me the whole headlamp needed replacing at a cost of over £300 plus labour and vat. The total cost to me from the other garage was £85 including a new MOT. I lost all faith in your garage and did not feel that I could bring the car back to you for a re test. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, THEY SAY THEIR PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE! WITH WHO? ROTH CHILDS!!!
